no doubt that ur routine will have awesome results, but one thing to try when doing normal crunches is focus on a spot on the ceiling and don’t curl your neck. i find it focuses a little more, but it’s still personal preference. great vid
Sit-ups will build the stomach muscle but 15-20 minutes a day doing sit-ups may not be enough to burn that fat above the muscle. Include height intensity cardio wile trying to burn more calories then you take in, this will force the body to use up that reserved fat.
hi m8 wicked video man but i got a question if you have a little bit of fat one ur belly can sit ups loose that fat. if not wat can i do to loose the fat on my belly!

You should have Abs within 4 weeks or so but your ability to see them depends on your body fat content…

I’ve been training consistently for a good 4 years now…..
August 2nd, 2008 at 9:57 pm
how long did it take u to get your abs
August 2nd, 2008 at 9:57 pm
diet and other exercises. ab worksouts will not cut weight or body fat. go do circuit sprints. those work the fastest.
