Eyes Workout helps to progress Eye vision:
1. Exercise
First of all, sit down in a relaxed position. Cover your eyes with the palms of your hands. Don’t pressure the eyeballs. Try to rest and watch the darkness for 30 seconds. Breathe calmly and severely all the time.
1.2 – Work out Sitting in the same position, look up and hold so for 5 seconds. Afterward let go. Now look down hold so for 5 seconds. Then, again, free. Make 5 repetitions.
1.3 – Work out Now look right, hold for 5 seconds and free. After that look left, hold for 5 seconds and rest your eyes. Make 5 repetitions.
1.4 – Work out Rotate your eyeballs 5 circles to the left and relax your eyes. After that rotate them 5 circles to the right and also rest.
1.5 – Exercise Look at the tip of your nose. Don’t be scared, cross your eyes! Hold for 3 seconds and rest. Then look up at the ceiling with no moving your head, hold for 3 seconds and relax your eyes. Repeat 5 times.
2 – Food that get better Eyes Vision:
2.1 – Eat fish twice a week
According to two new studies, eating a fish-rich diet promotes a reduced risk of developing Age-related Macular collapse, or AMD, a leading cause of blindness in old age. In one of the studies, 681 mature American men showed that those who ate fish twice a week had a 36 percent lower risk of macular degeneration.
The other survey, which followed 2,335 Australian men and women over five years, showed people who ate fish just once a week reduced their risk by 40 percent.
