Excercise has been the best way to keep your mind and body healthy. A healthy body will also have a positive effect on your psychological health. You should also ensure that you get sufficient rest for your body, and that you have a relaxed environment where you can get a good night sleep so you can recharge your body at night .

2. Eat Right

Eating the right kinds of food will make sure you have the required nutrients to make sure your body functions properly.  Avoid taking in stimulants such as caffeine, or substances such as drugs, alcohol or cigarettes. Some of these food may cause a faster heartbeat, triggering panic attacks.

3.  Get Your Family and Friends’ Support

It is important to recognize that you have a problem, and not be afraid to seek help from your family and close ones. Open your feelings and thoughts about your illness so they can better understand what you are going through.  This will ease the anxiety and help you cope while having an attack.

4. Relaxation Techniques

Relaxing your mind will help you go through panic attacks. Pick up techniques such as meditation and use it to relax your body when you feel an anxiety attack coming along.

5. Learning the Panic Attack Triggers

Identify the cause of the panic attack and check if it is triggered by something or someone. After knowing the cause of the panic attack, learn how to avoid them if you can or identify how to confront them if they cannot be avoided.
