While standing, get some weights in your right hand and hold it at waistline level.. Position your opposite hand on top of your head, with your elbow bent and out to your side. Bit by bit lower the dumbbell down as close to your knee level as possible, stop briefly, and return to the starting position slowly.

Remember, you can eradicate love handles by increasing the speed of metabolism, which can be achieved by exercising at least 3-4 times a week.  Lose those love handles quick by combining a healthy diet and lots of exercise!
