i nearly passed out takin creatine cause i didnt drink it dehydrates u at puts strain on the kidneys make sure when u take it ur prepared to work as hard as u can

no bad side effects as far i know. using nutrition for few years now, and im only positive about it. stay away from the roids tho, you dont want shrinking balls.

It does that to me as well.lol. That’s because it has nitric oxide which has a friggin DRAMATIC effect on blood flow. All I’m going to say is MAJOR HINT there.lol
