Two Overlooked Ways To Build Muscle Now

Build muscle now that is what all aspiring bodybuilders wish to do. They want to get massive and huge, they want to look powerful and muscular, maybe to gain nore respect from friends, to impress the ladies or maybe to to better at a particular sport but they all mainly wish to build muscle now! Well there is a limit to the number of times in a week you can go and lift weights in the gym. there a re a great many other ways that you may go about improving your bodybuilding success whilst you are not in the gym. Here are just two simple ones:
1) Educate yourself. by educating yourself more and more regarding how to build muscle mass you will be finding faster and faster ways for you to achieve your goals. for example if you thought that lifting weights each day would make you massive you may well go ahead and do that. However someone at the gym told you it was detrimental to your progress so you stopped doing it. This then sped up your advancement. If you hadn’t been told this was not correct you may have gone on indefinitely doing this. This is a very simple example but I am sure there are many things that you are currently doing that restrict your progress. educating yourself can dramatically speed this up. so you don’t believe what I am saying, alright then who out there reading this works-out for longer than 45 minutes per session? Yes, quite a number of people. a bit of muscle building education would soon make you realise that training for longer than this causes the body to release a hormone that actually restricts muscle building. Imagine how much potential muscle you have lost if you have been working out for longer than 45 minutes for the last couple of years. Well you are aware of the correct facts now so are better placed to build muscle mass fast from now on. Education is the key!
2) Visuailse. at first this may seem a touch strange yet if top athletes get success with this then I’m sure it is something you can benefit from too.You are transmitting very strong signals to your subconscious mind about exactly how you wish your life to be when you visualise. Seeing yourself in great shape transmits these signals to your subconscious. What then happens is that your ‘Reticular Activating System’ (which is the part of our brain that lets us notice certain things and not others) directs our attention to the things in our daily life that will help you achieve your goal of getting huge and divert our attention away from things that will limit our progress. Try visualisation for just one 10 minute period each and everyday and really see your appearance looking and feeling the way you want to with as many details as you can. Focus on the feeling and the inner belief that you have already achieved this body. You will notice your behvaiour patterns changing if you do this consistently. It may take up to 30 days to start noticing changes but for others it starts happening in a couple of days. However your lifestyle will become much more in tune with your new goals of building lean muscle mass and this will all happen naturally.
By following just these two building muscle tips I can almost guarantee that you will improve your ability to build muscle mass fast. Go and give them a try, what have you got to lose.
